Gainesville police have arrested two people in the death of a University of Florida cheerleader, who was killed and then burned to conceal evidence. The suspects, reportedly named as Antonio D. Drayton, 24, and Cassandra M. Kimbrough, 42, were both charged. Drayton was charged with first-degree murder and Kimbrough was charged as an accessory. Reports say another child died late last month due to injuries resulting from a fire in a Houston home day care center. Eighteen-month-old Elias Castillo was the fourth child to die from the fire that killed three last month. Two other children remain in critical but stable condition. A Denton day care is being checked by Child Protective Services after the death of a four-month-old girl died earlier this month. A Massachusetts firefighter who became ill as the truck in which he rode sped to a fire died, reports say. Other firefighters on the truck that day noticed that Rehoboth Fire Department Firefighter Kenneth Marshall Jr., 33, seemed in distress as the Engine Company 2 drove to a residential fire.
