A Marengo, Ohio man was sentenced to four years in prison for aggravated vehicular homicide in Knox County Common Pleas Court last month. Lester A. Moore, 37, was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the death of Connie Fyffe. Austin patrol officers responded to an auto-pedestrian crash in the 5300 block of North IH 35 Southbound On Friday, January 29, 2010, at approximately 9:43 p.m.. Reports say that while a pedestrian was crossing the highway eastbound, he was struck by a dark colored extended cab pickup truck that fled the scene without stopping.
