The driver of a blue Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling north on State Highway 6 when he crossed over into oncoming traffic and sideswiped a gray Infinity I-35, subsequently striking a red Chevrolet Cobalt head on. A white Toyota Sienna then struck the rear of the Cobalt after the head-on collision.  The driver of the Cobalt was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead on arrival.
