Car Flies Over Houston’s Braes Bayou, Killing Passenger

Witnesses say a green Ford Explorer with two males inside was driving southbound on State Highway 288 when, for unknown reasons, the Explorer drove off the road just before the MacGregor overpass. Two Houston-Area Drownings Reported in One Weekend

Reports say a six-year-old died in southeast Houston Saturday, and then on Sunday a three-year-old boy drowned in Oak Ridge North in Montgomery County. Also on the same weekend, a 13-year-old was pulled from a southwest Houston pool and was fighting for her life in the hospital.
