A seven-year-old boy was injured when he ran out from between two cars into a moving trolley in Southwest Philadelphia last month, say reports. The unidentified youngster was transported to Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania with head, shoulder and leg injuries, and his condition was not immediately known. The accident occurred in the morning before school, about 7:50 a.m. on Chester Avenue at 54th Street in Kingsessing. Helen Jackson, 82, of Dorchester, Ma, was killed in an accident involving an escalator at the MBTA’s State Street Station, reports say. Jackson was heading to a doctor’s appointment last month while embarking a station escalator when she apparently fell and a piece of her clothing got caught in the machinery, reports say.
