Reports say a person working on an elevator inside a South Miami Beach condominium were injured – one fatally – while working on the elevator. The accident occurred when an unidentified workman was inside the elevator as another climbed out of the top of the elevator, into the shaft to fix an unknown problem. A woman crossing corner of 40th and Spruce streets in Philadelphia was hit and injured recently by a trolley, reports say. The woman, who was unidentified other than what witnesses report as a black woman in her 60s at the 40th Street intersection shortly after 6 p.m. late last month, was evidently trying to catch the trolley when she slipped and the vehicle hit her.
