Reports say Aiysir Bess was riding his bike in the back yard of the house when he crashed and fell into the pool. Suffolk County, New York police are continuing their investigation of a drowning of a woman who was aboard a sinking boat in Port Jefferson. Reports say that 71-year-old Georgia Johnson, of Patchogue was fishing when the boat she was on started taking on water and began to sink. Johnson could not swim and was not wearing a life jacket. A man died recently while swimming in the Kaweah River in Sequoia National Park recently, reports say. The man, a 45-year-old unidentified man from the Los Angeles area, was riding the river on an inner tube-type floatation device near Buckeye Flat Campground when he went missing. The Park Service initiated a search and the man was found about five miles downstream, unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene. This drowning incident is under investigation.
