The body of missing New England commercial fisherman Arthur Brooks, 77, was recovered last week from the York River, reports say. Beachgoers dragged a boogie boarder to safety in Honolulu last month, saving him from drowning when the unidentified youth got himself into trouble while on his board, reports say.
