A missing Beaumont man who had a history of seizures was found dead early last month on Galveston Island’s west end after disappearing in the water on a Friday night.   The man, David Kennedy, 40, was reported missing from Terramar Beach just after 8 p.m., while swimming with family, reports say. Cindy Becker-Watkins, 51, of Auburn, CA, was pronounced dead early this month after being pulled from the water at Portuguese Beach, a sandy stretch of coastline north of Bodega Bay, CA.
