Houston police are continuing to investigate a fatal traffic accident that occurred at 4200 Tidwell about 2:25 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 28th. The accident occurred as the victim was operating his motorcycle, a black Yamaha, westbound on Tidwell at a high rate of speed.
