A seven-year-old boy was injured when he ran out from between two cars into a moving trolley in Southwest Philadelphia last month, say reports. Janice Bauer, a Spokane County Jail guard, was injured when an elevator suddenly dropped and then came to a violent and abrupt stop.   A trial found an injured man who fell down an elevator shaft 80-percent responsible for the accident, reports say.   So the civil case award, which was valued at $157,500, will allow him to end up with approximately $31,000.
