The body of Hallie Jenkins, a 4-year-old girl missing since her father’s car plunged into a north Houston drainage ditch that killed four other children, has been found, according to reports. Two Houston-Area Drownings Reported in One Weekend

Reports say a six-year-old died in southeast Houston Saturday, and then on Sunday a three-year-old boy drowned in Oak Ridge North in Montgomery County. Also on the same weekend, a 13-year-old was pulled from a southwest Houston pool and was fighting for her life in the hospital. Surfer Dies in Shark Attack

  A young surfer was killed last month after a shark attack off Surf Beach, approximately  120 miles northwest of Los Angeles, reports say.   Lucas Ransom McKain, 19, a chemistry student at the University of California at Santa Barbara, was approximately a hundred yards from shore when the shark attacked him, biting through the surfboard and severing his left leg. Austin Motorcyclist Dies in Rear-End Collision

Austin Police Officers responded to a crash in the 10800 block of Metric Blvd late last month involving a motorcycle that was traveling south bound on Metric Boulevard. The crash occurred when a Capital Metro bus came to a stop in the right lane and other vehicles stopped behind it. The motorcycle struck the back of a stopped flatbed truck. Austin Driver Killed in Red-Light-Runner Crash

Reports say a white 2009 Acura traveling northbound on Northland Dr. reportedly ran the red light at the intersection of Northland Dr. and Balcones Dr. as a tan 1997 Ford, driven by Federico Orozco, entered the intersection and was struck by the Acura. Orozco was extricated from the Ford and transported to University Medical Center-Brackenridge by Austin-Travis County EMS with serious injuries.
