Lou Rosso, a 70-year-old Egg Harbor Township man, jumped into the waters off Michigan Avenue in Atlantic City recently when he saw two children struggling in the water. Chad Elgert, 35, a North Sioux City Speedy Rooter sewer company employee, remains in critical condition at a local hospital after he tried to rescue another worker in the same sewer.
