Memorial Day Marred with Another Lake Lanier Margaritaville Drowning

What was supposed to be a weekend marking the unofficial start of summer became a tragedy with yet another Lake Lanier Margaritaville drowning death. Shockingly, over 200 people have died since 1994 in swimming and boating accidents at Lake Lanier.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources advised that game wardens responded to the scene in order to assist in locating the drowning victim.
