A pair of Energy Transfer LP contractors were injured in a Louisiana gas pipeline explosion at Barksdale Air Force Base. Both of the injured workers were transported to an area medical center. One worker was airlifted to the hospital due to the critical nature of his injuries. The second worker was taken by ground ambulance to the hospital. Both men are expected to recover.
