Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in a fatal traffic accident in the 9400 block of Westheimer early last month. The suspect, Miguel A. Zepeta-Rodriguez, 20, is charged with criminally negligent homicide in State District Court, accused in the death of Yolanda Lopez Martinez, 54, of Houston. Reports say Aiysir Bess was riding his bike in the back yard of the house when he crashed and fell into the pool.
