An Ohio woman drowned last month when information she was given from the 911 operator after floodwaters swept her Volkswagen Beetle into an Ohio creek kept her in the car instead of trying to save herself by getting out of the submerged vehicle. The woman, Lisa Roswell of Norwalk drowned February 28 of this year after she called 911 for help. Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred at 10500 Knoboak Drive in Houston when a lone driver lost control and crashed into a drainage culvert on April 18th. The victim, 28, of Houston, was driving a Maroon Ford Taurus westbound on Knoboak Drive at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle and struck the culvert. Police were called to the Delsea Gardens apartment complex in Millville, South New Jersey on a recent Monday night after a report of a child in cardiac arrest. Reports say the child’s mother left him only momentarily unattended in the tub with the water running and returned moments later to find the one-year-old underwater.
