Houston police are investigating a fatal construction accident that occurred at the South Highway, also known as State Highway 288 on April 22nd. The victim, Manuel A. Seja, 47, of Houston, was working in front of a white International Cement truck, which was parked at a construction site at State Highway 288 and MacGregor.
