A Denton day care is being checked by Child Protective Services after the death of a four-month-old girl died earlier this month. Reports say another child died late last month due to injuries resulting from a fire in a Houston home day care center. Eighteen-month-old Elias Castillo was the fourth child to die from the fire that killed three last month. Two other children remain in critical but stable condition.
