Waimanalo Bay Medical Examiners have identified a 35-year-old man who died in Saturday in Waimanalo Bay after struggling. The man, identified as Richard Matapua, of Waialua, drowned while snorkeling with his family. Gainesville police have arrested two people in the death of a University of Florida cheerleader, who was killed and then burned to conceal evidence. The suspects, reportedly named as Antonio D.
